Table module CSV import does not work
If you are attempting to import a CSV into the Power Pack Table Module (or other table module with the CSV import option) and it is not properly importing, has table filtering issues, or any other technical issues; it could be due to an empty row(s) at the end of the file. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot for this issue.
- Open the spreadsheet in Excel (or other spreadsheet editor) and scroll to the bottom of the file and remove any empty rows.
- If no empty rows appear in the spreadsheet editor, then you will need to open the file in a text editor, such as Sublime, and remove any empty rows at the bottom of the file.
- Re-save the file as CSV format.
- Upload the new file to the Table Module.
If the issue persists the only solution may be to rebuild the table manually within the Table Module. If the table is not overly complex or large proceed with rebuilding the table. Otherwise, you may open a clarification to research the issue further.
