Both WP Rocket settings and Sucuri Firewall settings for WP Rocket may prevent a password protected page from displaying correctly. Cache will need to be cleared from both these settings to restore the page.

  2. On the right hand side under WP Rocket Options choose “Never cache this page”
  3. Update the page

Sucuri Firewall – Internal Team Only

Click the Details Link under Firewall

Non-Cache URLs

  1. Go to Settings in the upper right
  2. Performance on the links just below
  3. Non-Cache URLs from the left hand side bar
  4. Add the Page Name not the full URL
    • Example: /test-password-page/

Allow URL Paths

  1. Go to Settings in the upper right
  2. Access Control on the links just below
  3. Allow URL Paths from the left hand side bar
  4. Verify that the page names entered in the Non-Cache URLs are NOT listed here. If they are, they need to be removed.
