If you come across a site where the “Reauth” button is not working, or you are getting an error in core, the best course of action is to reset GD cORe.

To reset core, add the following code to the end of the cORe plugin url 

&core-reset

Example: https://123.abc.myftpupload.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gd-core&core-reset

If a reset does not resolve the issue, please submit a technical clarification so the builder 3’s can take a look.
