How would we troubleshoot Authorize.net plugin, also it is not authorized plugin for us.

TECHNICAL ISSUE:

On bullet point 1: We are not familiar with Authorize.net plugin, also it is not authorized plugin for us.

Same for bullet point 2 for UPS plugin.

SOLUTION:

  • You are correct, we do not use the Authorize extension or the UPS extension. However, since these are WooCommerce extensions, you can always look up what they’re asking for in woo’s documentation if you need to find an answer and send them those links – you can remind them that these plugins are not from our supported list and we do not work in them.
  • In this example I looked up the authorize documentation and it looks like they will have to get what they are asking for from their authorize.net account – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/authorize-net/I looked up the UPS plugin’s documentation as well and it looks like they can add custom box packing via the plugin on the WooCommerce side. Since this plugin was set up by the customer and not us, we are not required to make any changes in it, but you can reply to them with the documentation – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/ups-shipping-method/
