Builder Teams and their Access

This guide will outline which teams will have access to certain items for building and updating sites.

Internal Builders/WPPS

Internal Builders and WPPS typically have the same access to review and/or edit the following:

Has Access

  • CRM Access
  • Customer Account dashboards (MYA or MYH)
  • Website Security or Sucuri product in customer account
  • DNS Review
  • Publishing to a domain
  • WordPress and W+M sites through CRM
  • Customer Media Library
  • Jira: Can see both the parent ticket as well as the vendor tickets
  • Able to open and review the Modgi tool

No Access

  • DNS Edits, if edits to the DNS are needed, a clarification should be opened to have a rep reach out to the customer about making the appropriate changes.
  • SSL Troubleshooting, the extent of this troubleshooting is to toggle the domain back and forth on the hosting. If this does not work a clarification should be opened to have a rep get the customer in contact with our hosting team.
  • W+M Technical Issues. These should go to one of our Website Specialists teams so they can reach out to ATS to have the issue resolved.
  • Customer communication, builders cannot communicate directly with the customer. If information needs to be relayed to a customer please open a non technical clarification with as much detail as possible so a Website Specialist can reach out.

Vendor Builders

The Vendor teams have limited access and will only be able to log in to sites

Has Access

  • WordPress dashboard with the temp UN and PW provided in Jira
  • W+M Lightning access, only able to see the W+M dashboard
  • Customer Media Library
  • Only able to see the information on the vendor jira ticket
  • Styleguide.wdsgallery.com
  • Features.wdsgallery.com
  • godaddy.com/help

No Access

  • Website Security or Sucuri product
  • SSL
  • Domain Publishing or DNS at all
  • Database files
  • FTP
  • Hosting Products
  • Parent Jira tickets will be in-accessible
  • Modgi tool, they receive a pdf of the intake tool
  • wdsdesigns.com
  • Confluence
