Multiple rows and/or modules for device breakpoints ARE present (Check Header, Footer, and Home Page)

- Split navigation in the header can utilize multiple rows so that two hamburger icons are not present
- If technical clarification is sent and no workaround is found, QA will advise using duplicate module and no points will be deducted for QA
