Facelift / Makeover
The Facelift and Makeover programs were two separate programs GoDaddy offered existing customers with a current and live website. Read the information below for details on these offerings in case you encounter a ticket involving a site of this nature.
Intro & Background
Facelift
The Facelift program involved moving customers from a v6 website to a v7 website and was all performed by an outside vendor. This typically involved the customer selecting a v7 theme and then there v6 site would be rebuilt in this new theme. The new build did not include any maintenance or updates from PWS, nor could those options be purchased.
To access from CRM go to: Products > Websites > Product/Plan > Manage
Makeover
The Makeover Program involved our 3rd party vendors taking a Godaddy customer’s existing site and rebuilding it as a V7 or WordPress site. Most of these sites were built outside of PWS and the sites will not show up in Workbench and could only be accessed from within the customer’s GoDaddy account.

Legacy Makeover Steps
WE DO NOT OFFER UPDATES FOR LEGACY MAKEOVER CUSTOMERS. YOU MUST GET APPROVAL FROM A SUP IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN UPDATE FOR LEGACY MAKEOVERS.
Please Follow the Steps Below Very Carefully
Go to "pipedrive" to check status of Legacy build:
Get sup approval to submit an update for a legacy makeover.
Go to your 3 letter GoDaddy account in WB.
(Don't know your 3 letter? You can search in CRM to find it.)
Open a new ticket in WB through your 3 letter.
(This works the same as any other account & you can only have 1 open ticket in WB at a time, if you need more than 1 open at a time please reach out to your sup)
Follow regular process for submitting a ticket in WB.
Send email to the customer through WPUpdates, not the 3 letter account, as this would be your own email attached to it.
Send an email to Kevin Johnston, CC your Sup to let Kevin know you have submitted a Legacy Makeover Update. You will need to include the following in the email:
1. IRIS for 3 letter ticket
2. Customer number for customer we are working on website for
