How to Answer New Build and Revision Clarifications

  1. Put clarification subtask “In Progress” 
  1. Picture below shows clarification subtask in progress 
  1. Answer clarification as internal comment on the Partner ticket
  2. To Resolve clarification: 
    1. Go to the Build or Copy subtask that is in “clarification” status
  1. Select “clarification” and select “Back to Builder -> Ready” 
  1. Picture below shows when the clarification is resolved 
    1. You will notice the top right-hand corner will no longer be in “clarification” status
    2. And the Build or Copy ticket will say “Ready” 
    3. Clarification subtask will say “Done”
